I love visiting new cities for the first time and if I had to choose my favourite European cities, Vienna would definitely be on that list. It was a city I had wanted to visit for such a long time so I was happy it didn’t disappoint. It honestly is a beautiful city and it’s very accessible for wheelchair users.
We stayed at Hotel Donauwalzer and Hotel Schani, both of which are in great locations for exploring the city. Visiting Vienna as a wheelchair user was amazing and we got to visit some of the city’s most well-known attractions during our 3 days in Vienna.
We didn’t quite manage to do everything we wanted, so another trip is definitely on the horizon.
Here is our Vienna photo diary to recap our fantastic trip.
